Cloud Customer Support Specialist Recruitment

Sunteco is hiring Cloud Customer Support Specialists:

Job Description:

  • Ensure support communication channels are always available.
  • Provide timely responses through support channels.
  • Monitor customer status on the system and prepare necessary reports.
  • For complex support cases, escalate tickets to backend technical teams for resolution. Coordinate the process to ensure customer issues are resolved, while providing appropriate information and thorough explanations to customers.
  • Engage in communication and discussions with customers to build and enhance their satisfaction and trust.

Job Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure or software; knowledge of cloud computing is an advantage.
  • Understanding of customer support roles and responsibilities.
  • Ability to quickly grasp information from customer feedback and communicate effectively regarding issues encountered during product use.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support; preference for candidates with experience supporting technology-sector clients and working with tech personnel such as IT Directors, CTOs, IT staff, or developers.
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in technology products or a passion for technology.
  • Capable of coordinating and collaborating with various departments, primarily technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility.

  1. Compensation & Welfare
    • Flexible working hours:
      • Core hours: 10 AM – 4 PM, Monday to Friday (required presence at the office for direct team coordination, training, product familiarization, and participation in company-wide activities).
      • Outside core hours: Flexible remote work, providing support as per customer requests. Total working hours (across both schedules) must be a minimum of 36 hours/week and a maximum of 45 hours/week.
    • Performance-based bonuses, up to 6 months’ salary per year.
