1. Key Responsibility
- Develop business strategy and ensure sales targets
- Building a sales team, training, guiding, and completer business goals for the whole team;
- Directly working with significant domestic and foreign enterprises. On behalf of the company to present the company’s technology products and solutions;
- Attend technology seminars and network with potential customers;
- Exploiting market niches and developing new customers;
- Coordinate with technical and presales teams in the company to give advice, orient solutions, and solve outstanding problems of customers;
- Proposing effective business plans for the Development Department and the Board of Directors
- Negotiate and persuade customers to use the services;
- Ensure and promote product sales to achieve set targets;
- Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
2. Competencies Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and sales in the IT field.
- Knowledge and skills in building B2B customer base.
- Experience in managing goals and KPIs of the sales team.
- Having the spirit of “ownership” with the assigned goals and tasks.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Priority is given to candidates who have good customer and networking networks or have knowledge of the cloud computing product market (Cloud computing).
