1. Key Responsibility

  • Develop business strategy and ensure sales targets
  • Building a sales team, training, guiding, and completer business goals for the whole team;
  • Directly working with significant domestic and foreign enterprises. On behalf of the company to present the company’s technology products and solutions;
  • Attend technology seminars and network with potential customers;
  • Exploiting market niches and developing new customers;
  • Coordinate with technical and presales teams in the company to give advice, orient solutions, and solve outstanding problems of customers;
  • Proposing effective business plans for the Development Department and the Board of Directors
  • Negotiate and persuade customers to use the services;
  • Ensure and promote product sales to achieve set targets;
  • Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.

2. Competencies Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and sales in the IT field.
  • Knowledge and skills in building B2B customer base.
  • Experience in managing goals and KPIs of the sales team.
  • Having the spirit of “ownership” with the assigned goals and tasks.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Priority is given to candidates who have good customer and networking networks or have knowledge of the cloud computing product market (Cloud computing).
